Bridging The Gap: Making Managers Better Communicators

It’s just over a month to go until the Melcrum ‘Briding The Gap’ conference on Internal Communications, which will focus on how to make managers better communicators with the people on the ground in their businesses. We obviously think ipadio has lots to offer in this field – such as “CEO Jam” conference calls where everyone in the business whether at a desk or in a van can listen to messages from senior management about business-wide issues. (Give us a shout if you’d be interested in doing this for your business).

But aside from this, ipadio is also being used in an interesting way by the conference organisers themselves. To build up interest in the conference and to get the ball rolling on discussions and debate early they’re interviewing some of the speakers by phone on ipadio – using a conference call with ipadio to record both sides of the chat.
