ipadio wins another award!
Last night our CEO, Dr Mark Smith, went along to an awards ceremony at the Museum of London. It was the British Business Angels Association Annual Awards night – celebrating many of the investments that the angels have made over the last year.
Excitingly, ipadio itself picked up an award, after we received investment in February this year. Here’s a description of the category that we won:
“This award is aimed at businesses within the Mobile sector, including m-commerce, carrying out innovating activities, and that have received angel investment. Nominations for this award must demonstrate that the business has strong innovation/disruptive capacity in the market and that the investment has significantly supported the growth potential and competitiveness of the company. Both the business and the investors should be identified for the award.”
Needless to say we’re honoured – and we hope that with our business products like FieldTalk which enables CEOs to talk to thousands of staff in the field using the mobile phones they already have, we can continue to be a disruptive force in the internal communications sector!
