Outward Bound and off to Kilimanjaro

A few weeks ago I idly wondered in a blog post about how long it would be before we had someone phonecasting from Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. It doesn’t look like I’m going to have to wait too long!

Outward Bound Oman is a non-profit educational initiative that aims to teach young people in Oman skills including teamwork, communication and leadership by challenging participants to great feats – such as climbing mountains. Their latest expedition to conquer Kilimanjaro set off a couple of days ago, and of course, they’re phonecasting throughout.
