Indonesia Earthquake – Reporting from Sumatra
Just over a week ago now an earthquake measuring 7.9 on the Richter scale hit the Indonesian island of Sumatra. Hearteningly, the international response has been swift and many countries and NGOs have sent assistance to the island. This includes the British Red Cross, who have people on the ground – and have been keeping everyone back here up to date using ipadio to broadcast live from the scene.
